COMPASS LEARNING AT HOME

Ask any 4^th and 5^th grade student at NMBI, “Would you rather be studying alone or using COMPASS ODYSSEY?, and you will hear a shout and a cheer…COMPASS PLEASE!! Students at NMBI have the capability to learn, both in school and at home, with individualized skills targeted to meet each child’s specific need.  Through MAP testing, children are provided with a backpack filled with fun learning opportunities meeting the skills which testing shows to be deficient.  With high-speed internet access, your child can use this same program at home!  The teacher can track your child’s progress and best of all, the children LOVE this type of learning opportunity.  Compass Learning will be available this summer, as well.  Each child knows his or her password because they use this same tool in the classroom, but a note in the planner is all it takes if you need to verify the information.  The website for home access is:    (*note: www is not used)
